I see that you guys are digging the no-jumping aspect of this series! But the sweat and the soreness is still coming on - so this is AWESOME! Today we are focusing on my fave - the core! I'll be challenging your ab strength as well as your cardio! You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through. PIIT style! Your 7 moves are: 1. Walking Plank + Jack 2. Dolphins 3. Standing Twisted Crunch R 4. Double Leg Lifts 5. Standing Twisted Crunch L 6. Hollow Rock 7. Plank Jack The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. Do that for 6 consecutive weeks and you will be so much more than bikini body ready. you're gonna be life body ready!

01/11/2020. Just finished today's calendar. I feel exhausted, never thought that I'd make it to the end today (couldn't exercise for 2 weeks before. I thought about not doing the last vid multiple times, or doing it the easy, lazy way. But here I am! It is even hard to type right now x) The first video (low impact cardio) made my legs sore and feeling like soft butter for the 3 next ones, so when I saw that this one had cardio standing up and plank Jacks I didn't thought I'd make it. However you just have the hability to motivate anyone, even the tired ones, and I did the plank Jacks to the end! Very proud of myself for this because I usually hate them. Any way, just want to say thank you, keep going and rocking as you do! You are motivation!

Just finished doing the 4th round of this video for the first time in a while. Decided to start 2021 following the PIIT 28 starter calender! Since I am not able to do the Plank Jacks because I broke my foot months ago and it's still healing, I figured changing to simple Planks would be the perfect answer for me - and I'm super proud of myself!
Cassie, thank you! I've been following Blogilates since 2014 and you always get me back on my A game in terms of fitness. Hope you have an amazing 2021

I just started the PIIT beginner calendar and this is the first day's video. I'm dead! I couldn't even do the plank jacks after the first round! Cassey, you're killing me but I know I'm getting such a good workout.
Weird question though, any way to keep my sweaty feet and hands from sliding on my mat?
Someone make me stick to this because that was one serious workout for this out of shape lady.

reply

cassey. i try doing it 4 times. i am loving your workouts.
a request though. please don't mention its challenging and the time left
while doing those moves. its deadly doing these workouts but all worth it.
feels really good post workouts. the soreness feels good; )
oh and is there a modification for the banana movement? i just cant get to posture it well yet.

reply

Nope. Could not do 4 rounds of this. It killed me. My arms let me down as well as my core. I did the booty routine last week without too much difficulty, but this was too hard which tells me what awful shape I am in now! Did 3 rounds though and tomorrow will aim for 4. Get better by doing, not giving up because for now it is too hard, right?

I just finished the fourth set, concluding my first day of PIIT28, and man DOES IT FEEL GOOD! i was doubting if i could continue in the middle of the third set, but i pushed through and finished. wooooo! thank you cassey for always pushing yourself to stick to your values and inspire others who are struggling!

Decided to use Daylight Savings time to my advantage and drag my booty outta bed at 6am so I can do the November workout calendar before I head to work. Feel a little crazy but I feel good too and am hoping I can keep this up! So glad you put these together for us, thank you

Started doing these in morning. Wish my weather was sunny like yours. I know it says 4 times a day each week but can I ask how you would rate it if I was just doing two rounds but then I am doing each workout one a day for 6 days of the week with a rest day

Hey so Im confused. Im doing the calendar, so do I do this four times? I think Ill do it once because Im kinda new to this calendar but can someone tell me how many times I have to do this when Im doing the calendar?
reply

So I did this workout 4 times for my first day of a PIIT calendar and I broke my right big toe and maybe my left one too. Moral of the story: put running shoes on for these home workouts. (I broke my toe(s) doing plank jacks.
