I did this on my tv but got on my phone to comment how awesome this was. I always hate stretching but Im just not recovering like I should after workout from lack of.
You made this so enjoyable to do! And I was surprised how good those stretches feel and some moves were unique. It was also nice to know that some moves are painful for you as well and you just need to push through it. Sometimes I wonder if holding the move with the pain is a good thing and you explained it so great. Thanks so much! I feel so much better after doing this

Man, I really needed that! Idk if it's the wo, or you, Cassey, or those magical mermaid waves, but I really love these stretches! Is it silly for me to want to be able to do the splits as my wo goal for the summer? It's just one of those things I've always wanted to do and do the RIGHT way, like Cassey and Jacqueline! My back has been so tight recently, its been causing my major headaches. When i tell you that stretch on your front with the goal post arms and curl your leg over to the other side, felt good. That is an understatement. I literally yelled ooh yeh. God knows what my neighbours think im doing. But omg i feel so much better already.

This is my favorite stretching video! I do it every morning after my PIIT28 workout and it feels amaaaaazing! I love the sound track at the very end (18: 01 - 18: 11. Makes me feel all happy and accomplished and I always do a little dance to it haha: ) blogilates I would love to have the full soundtrack if that's possible?

Love this stretching routine but really struggle with the lying shoulder opener. I stretch in my room so everytime i do that pose i bump into stuff with my leg also when i lay on the mat like that it really hurts my boobs allot my favorite move is the mermaid stretch so relaxing

Hii Cassey! I love your workouts, but I was wondering can we do some more arm stretches? I love your arm focused videos, but after that I need something to chill my arms down with. It would be great to see some videos with more arm stretches! I love you, Cassey! You are my inspiration!

Omg, doing all 5 of these monsters (plus inner thigh isolation and 100 ab challenge) in one day, with the last of the boot camp being stretches is such a nice way to end a work out
edit: I spoke too soon. But def still more relaxing, haha.

Day 20 of the beginner's calendar is complete. I love all of Cassey's stretching video as I find it the perfect way to wind down after exercising. My flexibility has improved greatly as I'm getting so much closer to being able to do the splits.

This video was insane and I feel like for people like me who are not flexible was an easy way of hurting yourself (I definitely hurt my hamstring trying to reach for my feet) Please be careful and dont be dumb like me

I'm on the begginers calender and I'm trying, because I really have and awful flexibility, yet Cassey's videos are helping me to go a little further and not feeling bad about it
