Dear Future Grass,
I feel like crying. I just did 28 mins of arms and cardio before this video. And now Cassey isn't giving me any breaks. It just, I feel like I disappoint myself when I can't do it all amazingly. I'm so tired and so hungry lol.
My mind is constantly telling me that I can't do it. That I'm not strong enough. And today it told me that Cassey can scream at me all she wants YOU CAN DO IT! DON'T GIVE UP! but she's probably talking to someone stronger. Someone who isn't me? She doesn't know me so her encouragement feels hollow. idk. This feels so sad but that's because I'm a little sad.
Like, I'm convinced that I can't do it, So I keep giving up more and more throughout each video. It hasn't always been this way. Idk what's going on.

This is the first time ever doing a blogilates video. Gotta say, made me feel really unfit and just weak. Couldn't keep up, had to take so many pauses. Definitely not beginner friendly. So many plank based poses and variations. That's not Cassey's fault at all. Just my own reflection on the video. Going to keep trying it, keep coming back to it and doing what I can. Hopefully, I'll be able to actually do this video in ten minutes with all the correct poses and variations instead of twenty minutes with lots of adjustments. Now I'm going to go cry in the shower.

I've got a heavy disbalance in my core (strong back muscles, weak stomach muscles) and although I made a lot of progress in that area (thank you, sit up mat, I'm still not able to do planks for more than a few seconds before getting intense back pain (the unhealthy kind, not the one that feels like progress. It also makes me struggle with push ups because I can hardly keep my core straight. Do you (or anybody) have any suggestions for that problem?

I was about to blame myself because I couldn't do most of the exercices because I'm not strong enough for the moment, and then, I heard the lil speech of Cassey at the end of the video. I felt like she were right in front of me, telling me: It's alright Jeanne, you're going to suceed.
Cassey, you make me feel so happy. I'm on the second day of the April Challenge and thanks to you, I'm already feeling like a fitness goddess

Just did this workout as part of Day 2 of the April 2020 Workout Calendar, and OHMYGOD did I find it hard! I admit I couldnt do all the moveswhat was that side dolphin plank thingy! but I kept moving because Cassie is so motivational. Her energy is infectious, and even though Im cursing during some of these workouts, I feel 100% better after. Best way to keep the coronavirus cabin fever at bay!

Day 24 of the beginner's calendar and 2/3 videos are done. My arms are in so much pain and towards the end of the video, my feet kept sliding on the matt which made the one leg planks almost impossible. I fell to the floor a few times too. How is it that Cassey's arm workout doing such small movements always turn my arms into wet noodles? I really have to work on that in the future.

I'm sorry but the plank drop how is this on the beginner's calendar? This has never happened to me while watching one of Cassie's videos but it seriously made me want to exit out of the video. To assume we are all capable of near-military exercises as a beginner is inconsiderate to say the least. (For the record, I finished the video, but was still unable to do that plank exercise)

Thank you, Cassey. That was ANOTHER great workout. I am feeling pretty proud of the fact that it's the last day of this (very weird and pretty rubbish) year and I have followed your calendar workouts every single day since March when we went into the first lockdown in London. Thanks for a year of motivation, inspiration and fun. Here's to a better 2021 for us all. xx

This is one of those workout videos I keep coming back to over the years. I've been doing it since it came out, about 3 years ago. I was never able to hold the plank all the way through without taking a break, but today I DID IT for the first time! I am so proud of myself for building enough strength to do that: ) Thank you Cassey for inspiring me always.

Day 24 of the beginners calendar and this was waaaaay too hard for me. I can't do a majority of the moves so I wasn't able to get much out of the video. The planks and downward dogs hurt my wrists and shoulders too much (even going onto my elbows instead, and I'm not strong enough to do sit-ups. Really disappointing.
