Hi Cassey! I've just gone through the whole apartment friendly series (cause I wanted to spice it up) and WOW. I do have a few technical questions though, maybe you read this and have a couple of mins to help:
- On lateral shoulder planks: I cannot finish the series because of my neck! More specifically, the conjoined area of neck and shoulder, am I doing something wrong? It hurts so bad!
- On candle sticks: Mostly on one of the sides but I do feel some pubic/ pelvis floor muscle hyperextension. It is not pain per se but I am not sure if I should be feeling this.
- On corkscrew: My hip flexors/ abductors/ not sure of the muscle click everytime I go a bit lower than small circles. Why? Mostly on the right leg but when doing the big Ds both were clicking. It is not painful but, again, I'm not sure I'm doing it right.
- On regular abs: (this is a bit embarrassing) I always get a little injury on my tail bone so then I tend to flip over one side or the other. I think the bone is not as flat as it should be because I cannot explain that!

My legs are really toned and strong. I could to squats for days- but when it comes to anything involving butt pulsing or leg lifting, I have a really hard time, and the muscles in my legs always feel like I'm going to injure them. I also have snapping hip syndrome. I am very healthy and in shape, so beginner workouts are too easy. Could it be that I need to stretch more?

Doing bridal bootcamp and this is the last video of todays workout. i could NOT get off the floor. not even vertebrae by vertebrae. Not with momentum. nothing. i had to roll myself up. This was killer
Redoing this now after summer sculpt! I totally did it! I could get up! I could even handle some more!

Just found these videos, honestly, they're so motivating! They help a TON with keeping the pace, switching moves, doing the correct moves for that body part, and these apartment friendly videos are perfect for someone living in a tiny flat (with another person) so thank you so, so much, Cassey!

Hey Cassey, I really love your workouts! The only down part is that I can't really use my wrists for workouts, would it really ruin the workout if I'd rest on my elbows instead? It's been a real issue with working out for me since my wrists are very weak and sore after having been broken.

This is a strange comment but could you do a workout video that is centered around not being flexible? I struggle with a lot of the moves because Im just a lot tighter and a lot of my guy friends dont like doing these with me because they arent flexible either.

not to self: 23rd june '20, a day after your sixteenth birthday, and you are taking a lot a breaks. to my future self, i hope you're still doing this and is much stronger. but if you aren't, and you're feeling the same as you were, keep going, i love you so much

I have a question, my lower back always hurt when I do bridge pulses. I am trying to squezze my abs and hold my back straight but it still hurts. Any suggestions? And also I squezze my butt and feel it working but that lower back. It hurts.

Ouch! Lol.
Update Marco is gone. Marco dissipeared thankfully before hitting Louisiana.
Laura on the other hand is on her way and is expected to strengthen to a category 3 possibly a 4 by landfall Thursday morning.

This is my favorite work out to do. easy enough for my beginner self that I can push through but hard enough that I definitely feel it. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I AM FEELING STRONGER EVERYDAY THANKS TO YOUR VIDEOS!
