One way to build confidence is to stop being such a youth-oriented culturei. e, stop taking our social cues from our peers and spend more time listening to people who are older and wiser than ourselves instead of considering these people irrelevant. If you want your life to end at 30, by all means keep listening to people under 25. Just understand that you have less than a decade to finish college, jumpstart your career, meet the one, and start having kids. And by the time youre finally confident enough to truly enjoy everything youve worked so hard to accomplish, people will start telling you that youre old. So, you can either make a difference by ending the ridiculous, bigoted views on age in your own generation, or you can spend the last two thirds of your life being considered irrelevant by people who should be learning about life from you. Your call.

what if im a negative person, but i dont intend to be. that is just what i now. i notice ppl distance themselves from me, because obviously they dont want to be around that, so that does not really help me be better it makes me more of a negative person. what advise can you give me if any and how should i start? im being genuine and reaching out maybe not on the best platform but i recognize i need help and i dont have the money for doctors, that would probably medicate me and im not about that life. thank you so much for your time.

I feel like i have to big of a heart to let bad people out of my heart and life. i have so very few friends so losing even one person makes everything so hard. I have 3 friends. but i feel like i am The only one dragning The friends stone with one. and The second dont understand my depression. So all our conflicts are around that or my weight loss Journey. so losing all of them is hard. I cant do it.

You are real with everyone, and you talk about your insecurities but turn it into something you can improve and grow upon, and I think that is absolutely awesome! : ): ) I once heard the suggestion to whisper beep boop under your breathe to yourself. it sounded so ridiculous i had to try it but honestly, i kept whispering it to myself and it was so ridiculous that i couldn't help but giggle my way into a better mood!

I felt so small. how dare i be unhappy while i have everything i need to live. I have family i have friends i eat everyday and i go to uni and i have the ability to experience things. i'm so thankful thanks god.

Me I watch you when I want to excersize because my whole life your the only reason that I wanna excersize and I don't feel motivated when I watch him ur video who agree with me

Beth hating on her dimples just proves that everyone is different, you could be hating on a feature you have that another person might want. Her dimples are beautiful

I absolutely love this video because confidence is one thing I struggle with the most and it is important that we really learn to find confidence in ourselves. :)
