I know this is an older video from the collection, and I haven't even gotten into the workout yet, but I just gotta comment after watching the intro. Cassey, girl, you are inspirational. Forreals thank you for saying what you did in the intro because feeling and being strong is so much more than appearance! Our worth is intrinsic regardless of what we look like, not what's on the external as society has us to believe. Every person's body is build differently! We all have different genetics and a body is so intricate, how can we possible compare one person to another objectively! Also, we don't know what kinds of weird things people has damaged their bodies for in order to get society's approval of an ideal body, so let's all just stop judging and start lifting each other!

I have been doing her work outs for years. Her videos are the most challenging. I have done many other videos in past like original Brazilian buttlift, Zumba etc. And why I chose Blogilates is because I see she has done the research and is a natural with understanding the body and incorporates the moves I have seen in other specialists workouts and has many of her own. She is an all rounder and totally a master in her own right. I don't want a six pack. not my ideal. like sculpted and toned. my bodytype easily gets me a six pack with Casey though. as Casey stresses it depends on our body makeup and our goals. to me but just overall toned, firm and strong is mine. She is so passionate and top notch in what she does.

I found this video in my search to find cognitive bias in fitness training - it wasnt hard to find. Sadly, this is the world we live in. The comments arent really about the fitness or condition of the instructor, they are about the level of expectation of the person they are identifying with. The virtual world has a narcotic effect which cant be satisfied by reality. What this scenario lacks is self awareness. This trend frightens me. Health and fitness are things you should own, not identify with. Anyone looking at the condition of the instructor instead of their own fitness is living in a dangerous world of cognitive bias.

This was my first blogilates video I have ever watched. Dear Cassey, I love your little speech. You're so loving and caring - and absolutely right. I love all your videos. Today I actually managed to do the single legged jack knifes, yeah! Never thought I would. Thank you so much for bringing so much joy and inspiration to my busy life with a toddler. You make it so easy for me to work out whenever I want to. Lots of love from Germany

Hi Cassey, Have you ever had anyone do a fitness competition training exclusively with Blogilates workouts? I saw Elle Ip's story and was super inspired. I gained so much weight after being stood up for a proposal and having twins. Now I blew my LCL but I still think I can do it. Could you recommend a super intense workout that could prepare me? Even with a blown knee?

Thanks so much for your videos. I have seven kids and every one of them, including two teenagers, have been doing your videos every morning. We literally cover our living room in yoga mats and water bottles at 8am. You are the reason I got my body back after SEVEN babies. I was a hot mess. I feel better and I'm stronger than I have ever been.

Late to the party, but still wanted to express support. People dont realize that every body is different and, on top of that, getting supermodel abs usually takes some extreme measures that are only done short term for movies and photo shoots. Using that as a measure of health is ludicrous.

Casy, you are absolutely amazing, here and in 2022 after your transformation. I have started over your old videos which I saved and I must say I enjoyed everyone of them just like I did then when you post them. You are an inspiration for me and make me feel good and happy when I see you.
