Thank you so so so much. I've done this workout many times already and I LOVE itthe music, the moves, your attitude, everything. I was having a harder day today because I did some difficult ab workouts and found myself unable to keep up the pace and engage, and I was feeling pretty upset with myself. I knew I needed to slow down but it was too late because the workout was over, and my motivation was slipping. I'm one of those people who tends to think that it's the end of the world if I didn't get a good workout in (especially for my abs) so I was feeling really down. I did this workout because it makes me happy and I knew I could really engage my arms. It was a shock around the middle of the workout, though, when I looked in the mirror and saw myself smiling so hardand then before I knew it, I was fighting back happy tears. I don't know what it is about this workout, but it really just makes me feel like I'm not alone, and like I'm moving forward. All of my anxiety washes away the second I begin. So thank you.

Last day of strength/cardio for April 2021 calendar. This day was definitely hard for me, but its also a time to reflect on how much stronger I got from my first ever time following your work out calendar. Tomorrow is stretching and the last day of the calendar which I think will be a great time to appreciate how much progress has happened in a month! Thank you Casey!

I'm a month and a half into doing the blogilates calendar consistently and I was able to do this entire workout without stopping today! I LOVE how strong I've been getting from doing these videos and even though I am looking different too (which was the original goal, feeling this sense of accomplishment has been MUCH more rewarding. Thank you Cassey!

I'm a day behind August's calendar but since I'm on my period I thought doing the upper body workouts would be a better choice than cardio when I'm feeling so Ugh but joke's 9n me for thinking your workouts wouldn't make me sweat. Haha. At least they're not causing me any discomfort.

Cassie you're like the family member I never had, the only one who tells me they're proud of me and is actually positive towards me in life instead of put me down and making me feel like I'm not good enough you've really impacted my life positively

im so proud of myself! I didn't stop at all and usually, I have to because my body gives out on me but I pushed through it! I liked this one a lot actually because I went with the music beat rather then just doing it without thinking too much

Its a great vid if you want to waste your time, this entire thing this has no logic and she is pulling stuff out of her ass to come up with a useless video, if you think this workout is gonna do anything then your on a substance.

Remember doing this a couple of years ago and those prayer pulses killled me. Dec 10th 2020 and the last video I did what. 1 and a half mins? of them non-stop. Retrospective progress!
