To be honest, I wrote out this workout before trying it and OMG guys I was DYING! My butt and my hamstrings were on fire and I could barely move! All from drawing shapes with my booty! Today were going to draw 4 different shapes with our butts: triangle, circle, U, and I. All these different motions will force our entire backside to be challenged. Now do this with me. can you make it through without stopping? Here are the exercises: - Triangle Butt - Circle Butt - U Butt - I Butt

On the 7-day ab challenge I could just burn through it, it wasnt easy but I could convince myself to do the whole calendar workout the entire week. But this. THIS. It just isnt possible for me to do several glute days after each other, when Im starting a new day and a new workout Im still fatigued from the previous day and I just cant perform any of the moves correctly and its so frustrating If anyone is able to do the full calendar this week you my friend are a true beast

I could not do this one side in one go so I alternated but got through it all this time yay! (Also by rewinding the video to do each side I felt like oh yay I don't have to do the other half ahaha) I think I'm squaring my hips til Casey points it out. Then when I actually do I'm like OH LORD THATS IT THERES THE BURN

The first time I did this I took a break like 8 times. Today I just did it without taking a single break woooooooooo I'm amazed I managed!
(Update) I've been doing it without breaks for a week now, it does get easier as your body adjusts. It's definitely melting the fat in my hamstrings and making my legs stronger.

All I get out of this workout is a strained lower back. I've been doing it for about a year now, have tried adjusting my position and technique but I NEVER feel it in my butt, just my legs, my cramped pointing toes and my overburdened lower back. This is such a bad workout.

I did this with No Breaks!
I have no idea how I wad able to accomplish that after using ankle weights for today's other videos. I took them off for this one lol. But still did it no problem

i went for a run in the morning so then I did only 1 round of cardio (cause I think 3 rounds after running would be TOO MUCH CARDIO, but stil. jeez these butt-days are killing me ahaha! My butt fell off!

Cassey, your Glute Workouts are always serious business! It was my first time doing this workout, and I was sobbing in pain from the first leg circle onwards. This one was a burner for sure.

After the other workouts today, this was pain! But it was good pain and I loved every second of it. I'm also glad that it is raining outside so I don't have to go for a run today after that!

21st July 2020 DONE! I DIDN'T STOP OR GO INTO THE MODIFICATION ONCE! My butt is literally vibrating because its shaking so hard and walking is difficult but I'm so proud of myself!
