I was literally crying, cause my stable leg was the first to start hurting, and I couldn't do it without giving force on that leg, and my wrists hurt evenmore, and I was so frustrated cause I couldn't feel much on the leg I was moving instead felt it all on the leg on the ground. so if anyone could help me correct it, it would be great, cause idk what part of my posture is incorrect

So the first side is okay.
The second side a bit more sore but you did one side so can't stop, must go on. Booty circles are death and wrists get sore.
By the time you get to the killer bridges you realise you've come this far you may's well finish the whole video even though you wanna die.
After finishing, you glad you pushed through!

I work out everyday! I'm a runner except for the winter when I can't so I move on to TY strength training vids and this one was an amazing workout! So challenging but rewarding. There is true strength in handling your body and using your own body weight. Loved it!

Omg this was the most difficult workout Ive done in awhile, Im literally sweating all over and my butt was shaking so much after the second bridge so I rested 2 mins, then got destroyed after, but Im glad I did this morning workout

I've done this do many times but usually have to take a quick break on the last move. Today I did it all! I benched over 180 lbs on hip thrust last night at the gym and I can say this workout kills! Thanks for the murder sesh, Cassy!

anyone know why i feel more pain on my stable glute instead of the one i actually use (eg. i do fire hydrant on my right leg but i feel all the pain on my left leg and none on the right glute) please help im getting so frustrated

I did every workout for 3 mins but really didn't know that I was digging my own grave. Love you Cassey and I don't think any other fitness influencer can continuously talk while acing the workouts.

Aug 17, for the first round I replaced some moves with outer thigh lift, outer thigh circles and i think it's a good decision for that outer thigh fat ( which is one of the reasons I workout regularly.
