gorillas have so much fiber and such high vitamin content in their food that they're bloated literally all the time. chimps too but gorillas more. they are, btw, both our closest relatives genetically in case you didn't know.
unlike us they don't seem to be bothered by it but then again their existence at least in the wild is far more in sync with mother nature plus they don't have the hangups about their looks/weight, etc. like we do and i believe humans are far more sensitive to bad food influences because our brains and our gut are so incredibly complicated and out bodies so weak and useless in comparison to the other animals we share the planet with. and, of course, they now know that your gut is literally a second brain in addition to the conscious and subconscious minds we're already dealing with.
the more you study the subject the more you realize human beings are a mess and we paid a whole series of big prices for advanced intelligence, walking upright, etc. the list is endless.

I am extremely sleep deprived during the week LOLLLL. I want to lose weight after moving to the US, the portions are biggers and the foods are fattier than where I came from. I want to lose that weight and I now know that sleep is important. I hope to lose at least 10 pounds by june! I love carbs, pizza, candy and Starbucks LOL but ever since I become more aware of my diet and calories I've started to eat better and work out more regularly. And now I've come to enjoy working out and the results! Although when I work out I tend not to lose weight as opposed to gain muscle. I'm trying to do calorie deficit to help me reach my goal. Any tips will be helpful!
Once again, my goal is also to sleep more and lose around 5 pounds! I'll try to remember to come back and update my progress!

literally every single day after every single meal or snack, im bloated. it doesnt matter if i eat healthy or unhealthy im always bloated. idk if its normal though because i can feel that im a little bloated in my lower belly but my upper belly gets so much bigger to the fact that i dont think its normal. it might just be me having a slow metabolism, or i could have a problem but i have no clue. i also dont get fatigued or lethargic like you said when i eat anything. its been really bad for my mental health because i cant eat anything without getting fat (ik its not fat it just makes me look like im pregnant but only in the top of my stomach)

That is exactly what I experienced. LOL I was trying to figure out what it is like a little baby it is true it's like a little baby's hair down there and it's like oh my gosh where's the rest of the baby. Yes and then it goes down and then sometime it moves sometimes it's really hard like a tiny basketball in your stomach here I know exactly what you're talking about lady. Let me hear the story let me hear what you got to offer cuz I need help in that area oh my gosh. LOL

Geez, it's okay you skip the first half because you maybe don't have time or just want to get to the point, but stop hating her because of that istg- It was interesting and informative to know how bloating works, and it is also good for the people who want to know the actual biologycal evidence behind the exercises (not even mentioning yet all the internet intellectuals who knows everything and will go around spitting tHiS iS fAkE in the comments.

I didn't eat last night, i just woke up around 2: 00 of the afternoon and i ate, rice with pancit canton, chocolate bar, tikoy coz it's Chinese New year, and pineapple, and I drink milk, And my tummy is bloated and I overthink that what if I have a baby and I panick, of course there is no way I could have a baby coz I never go out of our. House, i just said I didn't eat the whole day why do i have bloated tummy it's makes me sooo anxious

the ending of this video made me cry happy tears because your perspective about food and relationship to food is so wholesome and isn't coming from a mindset of fat=bad, weight loss=good, its coming from a mindset of wanting people to feel really comfortable and safe and happy in their bodies and thats a message that feels uncommon in a lot of exercise and fitness circles. thank you for sharing the tips to reduce bloating as well!

I really appreciate that you said it's not just calories in/calories out. A lot of influencers, or girls on reddit will shame others for saying they can't lose the weight, but hormones, stress, sleep, birth control, and a bunch of other factors make it so that scale doesn't move. Really appreciate you being so kind and understanding about it and the energy towards nourishing your body and not hating yourself for the bad days.

I am very skinny, underweight and everytime I feel very hungry I'm very slim and my side profile of stomach is just and after I eat it goes), only lower part tho, however it doesn't make me feel sick. The symptoms of belly fat that you said are correct to me but I keep losing and gaining it frequently, I'm trying to get rid of it with excersizing abs but I am not even sure what it is yet, can you help?

This is the first video talking about how you can't spot reduce fat that doesn't make me feel so defeated. Most of the time I hear people saying you can do all the ab workouts you want but you won't lose there at all and it just really discouraged me from even trying. Tomorrow I'm starting one of your 7 day workouts and you have given me that motivation to start and I can't wait!

Most of the time I hear people saying you can do all the ab workouts you want but you won't lose there at all and it just really discouraged me from even trying.
