Dear Future Grass, my arms are ON FIRE right now! They're in so much pain, but they did sooooooo well! I'm so proud of myself! I'm really enjoying the weighted moves because I feel I can get a deep burn in less time, you know?
I'll admit, especially in the first few moves, I would start with weights but would end up dropping them. Some of the moves are already super intense on their own! But I did persevere!
My wow moment was during the push ups. My push ups were not at all perfect or quick, but I grabbed my band, paid EXTRA attention to posture and did the push ups! I did the push ups very slowly and on my toes. I'm hoping I'll get better at these push ups but for now, I'm SO HAPPY I didn't give up!

Greetings from Germany! Just got up and headed straight into the workout. I especially love that you include a warm up for the whole body, so now after the workout I just need some stretches to be ready for the day. The workout was really fun. It was hard, but I'm not actually dying or so. I did it with to glasbottles of tomato purree. Maybe it is time for me to purchase some weights. By the way: Thank you that these workouts are longer than your normal videos, I don't particularly enjoy doing many videos in a row for getting a proper workout in. I would love to see you adding some cool down stretches to your workouts to make it complete. what do you think?

Hammer curls are a great exercise and keeping your elbows reasonably tucked is necessary to ensure youre placing tension on your biceps but additionally incorporating wrist supination is a better way to target them, if that is your goal. Im not sure if the idea that forearm and wrist position affect which triceps head is most active is accurate or has been debunked, but pronating at the top of a tricep kick back is certainly not how you activate your triceps.

My husband bought your dumbbell set for me for Christmas. just in time for your Arms Glow Up session! I Loved this session for arms so much and I hope we get the chance to use these pretty dumbbells often. I have been enjoying the Glow Up Sessions with you Cassey. I would not recommend this for anyone with a decent body, it your like 10 then I guess why not but if your commited to a proper workout this won't help, form is off and muscle strength is built from time on tension so dropping the weight after a rep is a big no no. Please please come here for anything except muscle building. And btw your 10year glow up just by thumbnail alone didn't look as if anything happened.

I'm embarrassed for blogilates. This is horrendous. Almost nothing she says regarding improving posture and the starter exercises does anything she says they do. Prayer pulse, c'mon ladies you know this is terrible. I will give her that she is good on camera, but I would not follow this workout, or give it to any of my clients.

Thanks for all your fab videos, they work! Curious I find the arms exercises, 15 minute w/o weights oftentimes are not addressing the lower part of the arm as much, and I know its hard to pinpoint areas to focus on, but any advise is appreciated. Still the typical less muscular underneath the arms exist; .

So fun! I'm 7 months pregnant doing these exercises along with you. It's been really fun to learn how to be active in pregnancy and having grace for making certain modifications, while also learning how to challenge myself in new ways. .I can only do plie squats, no normal squats with this baby bump)

Just want to thank you for making these amazing workouts available free for all of us to do at home, Cassey! I had fun although some moves were very challenging. Your cheery vibes and energy is always inspiring and motivating! Oh and Sir George's appearances too. :) Stay safe and happy new year! :)

I usually struggle with the push ups and getting the correct form without hurting my back, but THAT RESISTANCE BAND helps support my arms and allows me to push my arms to the max! Thanks for the fun workout Cassey! I am loving these vids and dying at the same time!
