Let's be frank: There is no -Immunity booster workout-. There is, however, workouts. And they CAN boost your immune system - if you do them for an extended period of time. A (as in, one(1) ) workout, will not boost anyone's immune system.

Hi, your Videos are so motivational. As there are so many videos and I'm just starting. Please guide me which is the video I should follow to gain weight and wider/bigger hips as I don't have ideal weight and muscle, skinny you can say.

Jump rope is really good too! I-ve been doing it since the gym has been closed! I lost 2 pounds last week more to come on my vlog
