This workout is We are going to focus the lower abs, upper abs, side abs (obliques) and core strength. In order to develop a truly impressive Sixpack, you will want to train from abs a whole range of perspectives. The core is made up of four key components. The rectus abdominus (6pack / lower abs, internal and external obliques, the serratus anterior, and the transverse abdominus (inner abs)

Mission: ABS
Day 1 - - Struggled through it, starting to get hard within a minute and a half in, mostly had issues keeping my legs up off the floor but didn't worry too hard about it and kept going where I could. Very sweaty, should wear shorts like this guy.
Day 2 - - Been visiting with family and friends and just forgot.
Day 3 - - Def don't have as much muscle built up as this guy, very challenging and look forwards to being able to complete the video without a miss. Also what's a pirates favorite instrument? dRUM!

Im going to update my progress and I'm going to do this most days until summer (probably 5 or 6 a week im going to listen to my body when it needs to recover) hopefully my abs will be insane by then
Day 3: Day 1 was pretty difficult, and I was super sore on day 2, but day 3 felt good and I'm starting to feel more comfortable with all the exercises.

To be Honestthis exercises has helped my body. I have lose all of my fat but I still didn't see any change after losing some amount of fat. So what else should I do with this exercise can someone recommend something so that I get my abs. should i start counting my calories consumed

I've been doing workout at home for the past few years (since I was 13 and I'm 17 now) and I never saw this much change in just one month. These workouts are perfect. Thank you man. You are an angel. That's the only word that can describe you.

So I started off with just the ten minutes for a few months and then here I am now about 2-3 weeks into this one and I'm already begging to see some of my abs!

I know that there's not many recent people here, but can anyone calculate how many calories this workout burns in total? As soon as someone tells me, I'll go for a 50 day streak and update daily

I always do this workout twice a day and so far I've been doing for about a month and already can start to see my abs!

Day 1 Done! (=w=) so. tired. arm strength. not enough. gahh!
Day 2 done. less tiring, had to stop to catch my breath around min 7 and 12

This is easily my fav ab workout ever, it's pretty challenging but pushing through is the best feeling ever! Thank you
