10 min beginner ab workout (no equipment bodyweight workout) - Fraser Wilson Marios: i never trained and went to gym in my whole life. i saw an advertise about Fraser and his workout and i decided to take the big step to start training. and i'm already on 2 weeks on this exercise with 1 break each week + 15 mintues walking/running per day. I already saw difference to my body but because i'm so slim too. The first week was so hard but i managed to complete it. As long you keep going on it will be easier to complete the work out. After that i guess i will just watch another video of Fraser for harder workout. Thanks Fraser!

I did this every day with 100 chair push up, 100 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, and 40km cycling and I lose 1. 5 kg per week with some proper diet: )
I started at 75kg and now on one month of doing these i am 69 kg already NO CAP
On the first week dont over work your self, just do what you can do and eventually you will be strong enough to do these. I'm still not capable of doing normal push ups so i just do chair push ups.

I love your workout videos! You just get straight to the workout and no long talking / explaining on how to do some workouts. Don't get me wrong tho. I don't mind when other people workout videos do try tp explain on how to do some workouts but then again sometime i just want to get straight to working out lol

Bruh it's not bad at all just tried it today, the hardest part for me are the ones where you use your legs cause my legs are weak, but i really recommend this to anyone, but how many times should i do this in a week
reply

Imma do this up until the 5 minute mark and then add another 5 when I felt comfortable doing the first 5 minutes until I could finally do the whole routine.
So much for being a lazy ass-

nothing about this video is beginner. no breaks, super fast, no explanations. just constant ten minute ab crushers. Ill come back to this after a few months of beginner videos.

I enjoy this work out. I just only have one question how many times a day should I do this work out?
Also I heard that the planks are not effective is that true?

Is it okay if I hold dumbbells behind my head for stability? My legs are pretty fatty and weigh a ton, and I can't do the exercise effectively

This is too fast with not even a few seconds between exercises to set up for the next one. What's the rush! And not exactly for beginners.

For all u first timers I suggest takin a 10 second break before every next workout dont do them continuously until u get the hang of it
