So much can go wrong with your daily diet and it's a shame to see so many of these 5 nutritional mistakes still happening today. Making optimal progress depends largely on what you eat on a daily basis, especially when it comes to your Abs. You could go to the gym for 6 hours a day, but if your diet is terrible than you have no hope in making good progress. What matters most is the quality of your nutrition, not just the training!

To me the biggest thing is that everybody has a different body and you should listen to it well.
I personally cannot sleep unless I eat at least 4 slices of bread right before I go to bed. I have heard plenty of times that this is bad but my body is used to this since I was 10 so my stomach becomes very active around that time. If I wake up 60 min later it is all gone and digested.

Biggest mistake for me was: -
making my diet as strict and dry it could be!
Lucky for me my girlfriend taught me -to be a little less strict for myself
and to make the diet more enjoyable!
