hey! I am a Airianna! I am 16 and I have a body goal which is hour glass figure etc!
So what I-m going to do is do this workouts for 30 days for more results everyday and do my regular workouts and see if I get any results!
Starting today May 9th: I-ll update after doing it at 9! (See you when I get back)
So I did it today! And today made me break a sweat but it wasn-t so hard but was hard at the same time! I did the whole workout and it was fun and felt it went faster then I thought! I-ll give you my updates tomorrow on how that day went but Imma drink a lot of water to burn all them calories and continue on this work journey
Day 2 May 10th (Mother-s day) So on Mother-s Day I did it but I haven-t did in a while cause I stared doing my workout routine so starting tomorrow aka in the morning on May 19th I-m doing this workout everyday for my waist workout routine!
May 19: (I-ll update when)
June 24th: I didn-t get update guys but I have news! I have abs! And my legs are toned and my arms are getting there! I-m doing diets and doing workouts for hour glass body types and so far it-s working well I have a workout routine if y-all wanna try! But so far my body is getting hourglass!

before waist: 25in
and i've just eaten whatever i want(I'm doing this for 2 weeks)

results: since i didn't ate so healthy(i mean i ate whatever i want) i didnt control my diet so much

after waist: 24. 3(i lost about 0. 7 inch off my waist) but ig you can loose more by eating healthy.

I love this workout! I didn-t take any measurements, but after about 3 weeks my waist definitely looks more toned and hourglass. I also eat pretty healthy, which helped with my results. Im so happy with how my waist looks now and I-m defiantly going to keep doing this to see if I can get better results

this workout is so good
I will finish it on the first of July
I'm not seeing any abs but my waist looks a little bit smaller and my abs feel and look more toned
