It is impossible for me to workout during my period because of the cramps and 5 days without working out feels like a decrease on my progression. Does anyone else feel that during the one legged glute bridge your hamstrings get worked more so than your glutes? Not that it's not worthwhile to work the hamstrings but I'm trying to focus on glutes.
