i've been in your program since august. i was kind of scared hitting your 30min program, but i just started last week! although i needed to watch my diet coz i'm on my bulking phase, i've seen so much improvement in my body ever since switching to your program!
also, i'd like to note i thought you were playing the role of carry in season 3's You on netflix

if I am following your guides day by day and change my nutrition, am I able to achieve results which are visible to me or do I need to ad additional workout?

Been doing this combined with the 10 min bicep workout for about a week now and I've noticed a huge difference already
