One question do you know about how many calories the HITT workout burn on average? I know it depends on intensity and body composition of each individual. I'm 6'2 220 pounds. This is my, idk, 4th attempt at this workout & the first time I finished all the way thru without either stopping or skipping the ones I despise lol the staggered push up round always makes wanna puke tho, no lie lol
