Hi! I've been using your videos to complete some of my workouts, and they are super effective. I wanted to ask you about incorporating HIIT into my workout schedule to get shredded and even build more muscle. I've been working on a 4-day schedule - chest/triceps, back/biceps, legs, shoulders, then rest. Rinse and repeat. I have also been doing abs/core every other day. I wanted to know the best way I can incorporate HIIT workouts into my routine without overworking myself or risking injury. I will greatly appreciate any advice you have for me. Thank you again for all the videos you put out! You're the goat!

So was feeling unmotivated this morning. So did ten min upper abs. Still not feeling it. So I thought WWDD. After considering something from the dollar menu, I decided to do this video. During the shoulder portion I was seriously reconsidering my choice. But once I was past that. I was off to the races. Now I am ready to face the day. Thanx Dan

Sir Dan, followed your work for about 2 months now and gave me much improvement in my body. One question, this time now I'm using creatine and it helps me alot while workout and gave me so much improvement, but can you tell me your experience with this creatine, do you recommend using it or not?

Im so great full for this work. You are strong and just keep on going good music, excellent instructor. Lets get to work! I like this video because no talking just giving the cells in our bodies what they need. You are doing a fantastic job keep it up. I will be back!
