Hi Chris,
I am a yoga teacher, but I have very weak shoulders and have cervical spondylitis. Only I can do chaturanga which is actually whole body activation and need lots of efforts to perform this. But can you suggest me some safe but to strengthen the shoulders.
If you can reply I'll be great full.

2: 20. hand stand push-up, yeah sure. When you're at the point you can do hand stand push. you're basically already at peak level.

When I do pushups, My Shoulders feels pain and too kuch stress but I dont get tired, Is it due to Weak shoulders?
