Hey Chris. I have a question. So I-ve really gotten into calisthenics over the past two weeks but the thing is that I-m 6-3 and 175 pounds. Now I-m not letting this become abs excuse to give up but it no doubt does make it very difficult. Do u have anything advice for this?

i need some help. I've got my first calisthenics compitition coming up soon but im worried that im going to feel weak on the day of the competition how should i eat and how many days should i rest before the competition im stressing a bit

I started a few weeks ago but is it good or bad to destroy a muscle all day? What about regeneration? There exist 21 day challenges without a break but a muscle needs a break to get stronger or not?

You cant teach weight training On your app when you cant show how to do the technique right! You take my money eveey month and dont fix anything on the app. get a grip!
