Leave a comment, like and Kent: I did your Quad workout with your chest workout on the same day a couple days ago and I found it extremely challenging, But I felt so centered, accomplished and pumped. I've been working out for years and was dragging motivation wise, but your content's fresh. You communicate why do what each thing so well, Sincere thanks. I wanted to ask what I should do to catch my left leg up to my right. I was on crutches for a while so my left leg is way weaker and less firm. Also my let foot was fused so my range of motion is limited for calve raises.

Thanks, Fraser. Your vids are always informative, (as well as humorous sometimes. I like your summary explanations. Do you do anything specifically for hamstrings? Your legs are the absolute best.
