A good video idea I've never seen, would be shredded meals your average Joe can take to work in their lunch box (No reheat. Not all of us have access to a kitchen or microwave 9-5. I've just starting trialing bean and legume pastas: )
My other go to when I'm not lazy is stews in a thermos.
The Tuna Sandwich works though ha!

I started a few weeks ago but is it good or bad to destroy a muscle all day? What about regeneration? There exist 21 day challenges without a break but a muscle needs a break to get stronger or not?

I do your 7 minute cardio every day as well as your 20 minute abs and just switched up my videos for back and biceps, legs, and chest and triceps. Now i just need to get my diet on point. Thanks for the video!
