I love watching your videos. I am 180lbs with a bmi of 30. I have a long road to go but watching your videos and using your app has helped keep me on track. I can put the effort into the workouts, my weak point is my diet. I eat clean for a week then ruin in in a few days and it takes me a while to get back to clean eating. I cant seem to break this cycle. Is their any tips you can give me? Your video really puts how important clean eating is for results and how much dedication it takes to burn calories.

Hi Chris, fantastic videos and great combination of nutrition and exercise, thank you so much for all your videos. I have always done lots of sport but not really watched my nutrition much and want to do that much more going forward. To keep it simple, I was also considering the Keto diet. I'd love your opinion on it and your view on how it impacts training gains? Many thanks for your views!

I watch and follow your routines with my son who tries to copy- he is only 2years old and knows your intro tune to your older videos- Might be a silly question - when calculating your caloric deficit, do you add your resting energy calories burned to your active calories, against your intake? Or is it just active calories against calories ate?
