I-ve started learning this and I-m wondering if I should continue because I my right arm can-t lock completely in place, I-ve been doing it with that arm out as much as it can go and it hurts if I put all my weight on on that arm so idk -

I have gotten into more complex problems now. When I wanted to get my legs straight, I have to lean forward and a bit downwards ALOT to give my hips some space for my legs, which gives so much stress on my shoulder

I've been learning calisthenics like for about a year and a half. I'm 16 now. I came here because push-ups were becoming way to easy soooo I thought I'd find a new variation to work on.
WISH ME LUCK

Hi Chris, I'm older than you yet you are my role model! Make a video about bones/joints popping and cracking. I know if theres no pain associated its fine, but Im not sure if that is correct.

I didn't have weights by me, but used x2 1 gallon water jugs (8. 34 lbs each) as kettle bells. X3 sets of 10 my 1st try. It felt great for step 1! This could help others to improvise.
