I can do the first step fairly easy but I feel like i don't have enough core strength to hold my feet up. So Im gonna keep focusing on core for now cheers guys! And may we all reach our goals -

The explanations are so vague. Dude describe the exact cues of each movement for people to learn and execute or else there-s going to be a lot of injuries

Anyone have a progression between step 6 and seven?
I can do from tuck to 90 degree hold for 6 reps
But there's no way i can do step 7 yet

Ive learned to do what i would call a reverse plank. Same as this, but on the back, cant do push ups yet, but its way harder than normal planks: D

Well 5 months after I started working out and I-m finally back to this video since I can do pseudo planches
