You're in control of how intense you want this HIIT workout to be based on your max effort for every round. Plain and simple. The harder you work, the more calories you will burn. This intense fat burning HIIT cardio workout will make you SWEAT and BURN FAT. In this 30 minute cardio HIIT workout, you'll work through a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. Before you get started be sure to grab a single set of dumbbells (I'm using 25 lb / 11 kg dumbbells for reference) and make sure they are light enough to perform reps at max speed. Besides that you'll just need your mat and a towel. I'm using SMRTFT 5-80lb adjustable dumbbells (My favorite adjustable dumbbells. Available at WORKOUT DETAILS

Hi Just wanted to say. besides strolling the dog for about 30 minutes the last 2 days. I hadn't physically exercised Family got dealt extremely disappointing blow Monday night. So dealt with a ton of emotional energy Tues and Wed and really coudn't fit it in as much as I wanted to. Today, I said I must physically exert myself so I can tackle what is ahead of me better. This was it. Great workout. Just what I needed. Even though I like to exercise for at least 45 min. wink wink LOL Best to you and Thanks!

My stomach was in the way of some routines, but, listen, I made it to the end. The routine was fantastic, like annmarie boaten here, I am sweating like no tomorrow. Thank you both for bringing these great routines to us. We are ever so privileged to be able to access these exercises.

So worked chest and shoulders and triceps today but still had a little in the tank. So did this goes very quick, full on, but with sufficient rest. Max HR was 154 and Cals burnt 313, not bad for a 57 year old. Nice one Dan

Amazing workout! I did it with 11 lbs dumbbells and I am 136 lbs. Burnt 346 calories in 38 mins (I had to take my own pauses in between)
Hoping to become more efficient at these with time!

Great workout. Couldn't do the bit from 36: 33 though. Tried it with my cats but they just scratched my hands and walked away. #workwithwhatyougot

man how can I have a good body and whenever I run or play a match, i feel tired very quickly though i do cardio everyday, what can be done

I wasn't expecting dumbbells
But, it was my fault I didn't read the description.
I did other exercises to keep going.
