This is impresive. But there is one think i haven't understood. This challenge consist in making 100 handstand push ups during day, despite the workout and the cycle? (ej- monday planche, tuesday front, wedneday rest. Nice vlog by the way. Keep going--
Edit: It is like a month late, but i couldn't watch the video B4.
Edit2: can I start for example at 30 push ups?

Wait a minute. So Chris NROMALLY doing a 100 pushup and 100 PULL UPS every morning, obviously with weight west: O, in which universe that's called NORMAL: D pushup everyday is ok but 100 weighted pull up everyday is a whole another level.
And that bicycle is probably cursed because Chris breaking sweat on it: D

just came to see if its acttually possible to do 100 handstand push ups in one go, cause my older brother does it as a set. hes about 80kg rn, he also goes with 100 squats [idk the name] and 100 sit ups, elbows touching the ground. yes hes superhuman and no. 1 idol

hmm. 100 handstand pushups in a row, per day for a month, with transformation pics before and after would be nice

Is it me. Or am I just seeing Chris's upper body only while he does the hand stand push ups. It would look better if I could see the whole body balance on its own, during those sessions of hand stand push ups.

I noticed you guys use your fingers -asymmetrically (compared to the other hand, quite funny. Easy to notice that detail from behind my screen, my ass on a chair. good job btw.

Does anyone know when Chris Heria does a rest day, does he actually rest? Or does he still do any low impact exercises?
