It's impossible i can get to even just two rounds. I can only do one, and it's already difficult. I get kind of demoralized because it seems there's no way i can makeit til getting two rounds.

Hey Chris I don't know if you will reply or not but I have been following your fat burning routines and now am following the strength goals but is it okay if I do 2 rounds at first?

Me. .doing this workout while I can't do even 1 regular pushup -- haha I'm doing this workout all elevated and will gradually do this workout on the floor -

I be getting injured doing weights a lot and every time I do body weight I never do. Ight just full switch to body weight until my body gets stronger.

I just overlooked the moves and thought to myself: man this will be easy.
5 minutes later: ok I can-t even do half of it

After months of hiatus, I'm resuming my workout starting from this lists, but heavier and bigger this time.

How often should someone do this workout? Would a split be good, like 2 days upper, 2 days lower or no?
