I-m so late but this really is an eye opener. As a dancer and martial arts fan I-ve struggled with wanting to go to a gym and always used middle/high school P. E. style workouts. I-m definitely choosing the vest lol. What are your thoughts on the -sand- type vest? Like are they a waste of money for a beginner?

Wanna know the situation with that gym, cos imagine you're the owners, you let an influencer have your brand new gym to himself to shoot a video, for him to point out the cons of a gym, and to sell his over priced weight vest

Chris what do you think about beginner using a weight vest for pullups but also use 30lb resistance band and keep adding weight to the vest till theres 30 lb then remove both and see how easy pullups are

Most commercial gyms dont have much but basics like cardio, machines, and weights. If i found one that had a thos ammenities i would go all the time. A good sweat after your work out in the sauna is awesome.

You should weigh yourself in push-up position to get an accurate bench weight. In push-up position you-re not pushing up your entire weight. Great video though.

Rowing machine is amazing as well, targets around 70% of body muscles (legs>core>arms) and really HEAVY for the heart, thx for the videos

I just got one for running. Ive hit plato on my post pregnacy weight loss, and I read I have ro increase the intensity of my workout.
