Join Chris Heria as He Eats JUNK FOOD For 24 Hours. Follow him through every meal and every workout for a full 24 hours Obligate: most would ignore this but I highly recommend taking a closer look at zero carb high quality animal food based diet. don't take my word for it Chris but it wouldn't hurt you to try zero carb animal food based diet for 30 to 90 days. cholesterol and saturated fat being bad is a myth if you are eating unprocessed fatty meats like grass finished beef, lamb, and fish shell fish. You can eat some veggies no problem if you don't have digestive issues but I gaurantee you bro if you get fat adapted and burn fat instead of carbs you will be a beast. dude I know the mainstream consensus seems to shy away from this but it's not true. roots and grains are a survival subsistence type food and that knowledge has been lost. High quality animal foods and replacing the carbs with fat is key. Saturated animal fats possess nueroprotective qualities and burn very clean. Once you are fat adapted you feel amazing. Think massive cognitive boost and clarity along with the fact fat burns like jet fuel and staple grains/roots burn really dirty like a low efficiency single combustion wood stove. No nasty byproducts of inefficient digestion and you get a slow time release sustainable energy that makes you physically and mentally superior to most people around you that do not understand this. This is occult like knowledge that has been suppressed in the last 100 years. Try it. You will thank me if you try this for a few months. You want to kill people for like the first 3 days up to 2 weeks though when you withdraw from being stuck in a glucose burning metabolic state for your whole life. If you don't believe that athletes can go without carbs there are many examples of zero carb marathon runners that are fat adapted. Step outside the generalized consensus and you will soar man

Back in my younger years I was so healthy and fit that when I would (extremely rare then) eat something like a half of a candy bar I could feel the nastiness in my sweat and it would make my whole body feel like complete trash for about a day day and a half. Also I got to a point where I couldn't gain weight because I didn't want to be ripped, just muscular and in shape and I had as much muscle as I wanted plus some so on top of my normal every day food I added a Supersized double quarter pounder meal with 4 double cheeseburgers on the side at McDonald's and a foot long sub from subway and going out to eat with friends on top of it, all that for over 2 weeks, weighed myself and shockingly I gained exactly zero pounds. I was 20 and my metabolism was ungodly. To this day ( over 20 years ) I still cannot gain weight and I eat like crap. Back to being healthy though. This guys videos help a ton. Screw apps, watch this guy, it's motivational and somehow a lot easier to do a workout watching someone else do it with you.

I don-t want to promote hate, but I think your videos are so deviated that I couldn-t finish seen one straight.
The fact that you say every five minute that you need to burn what you ate is so wrong at every level. I-m so bothered by the fact there-s still this idea that you can-t even give yourself the permission to eat something which is not considered -healthy-.
Yes, you look great, you have muscles, but seeing your videos made me sad because I saw how your brain is triggered and how your words are TRIGGERING for people.
I-m in shape and I like to train for health. Food is food, not calories.

Even though I know what your saying is true. It-s hard to stop eating it. Thanks for the video loved how your son thought it was funny you eating the junk food. Even though you didn-t look much different I could see a bit of bloat on the lower part of your stomach but mainly for me was how you sounded like you were in pain by the end and also sounded like you had a cold.

I don-t eat super healthy but I do try to incorporate healthy meals daily with a hint of junk like a Starbucks just to satisfy my cravings lOl BUT for Mother-s Day, after breakfast I did have two donuts, a piece of cheesecake and 5 mimosas and I felt like shit! THAT is what I don-t eat and I paid for it!

He's having the cramps eating Macdonalds while most of us chow down on a McSpicy or Filet-O-Fish at least 3 times a week when you just need something decent and quick. I guess I should switch to Subway, the supposedly healthier choice.

It's weird that I'm grossed out by you eating junk while at the same time I'm binging 6 burgers from mac and they taste nice? I had to eat something salty for cheat day for some reason. Maybe electrolytes got low after keto. dunno
