I love Chris for his videos on calisthenics progressions. However, this workout is ridiculous. I'm stating that not to hate, but for people who try to follow along and don't get results. This workout is ridiculous. For example, the way he flicks dumbbells in forearm curls in 1s up and down. And if you are able to do two or more rounds, it simply means that the loading was too light. Do this instead. Warm up with lighter weights and shorter series. Then do a difficult exercise, like one arm pullup negative, for a few reps only. That's for strength (neural activation. Then do a moderately heavy exercise for between 45-90s to failure (meaning you can't perform another rep in correct form. That's for hypertrophy. And that's it for the muscle group. Rest, eat, and only come back when you completely recovered.

i need to adress your title, there is no '' fast way to get bigger arms'' bodybuilding is a marathon. not a sprint, no hacks, it all comes down to discipline, hard work, and consistency with progressive overload, no hacks for bigger or better results here. doing between 10-20 sets every week for each muscle group is perfect, depending on how big your muscle is, the more sets is needed. no need to do 5 workouts for arm with 3-5 sets for each set. :)

I've been following Chris for a couple of years now, and I swear this guy might have tattoos all over his body, but he's more respectful and professional than a ton of pretentious white-collar people that I know (both popular and regular people.

Chris, I got a quick question to ask you. - It's said we need to give our muscles 48 hours rest for tissues to rebuild before hammering them again. But what about abs and how does that intergrate in a daily routine? Thanks, brother.

I am a beginner and I wonder how big his biceps is. Like how big is an actual big arm. I know it's not about volume alone but still. how big is a strong arm?
