As a girl this was very hard. It made me realize I should be working out my chest a lot more. I haven-t struggled with a video in a long time so I-m definitely making this my goal video.

I could not get past the third one. I-m already feeling beat! Of course I don-t expect to be able to do this in my first try. But any tips for beginners?
