After an intense workout I want to replenish my depleted glycogen stores. Are you saying it doesn't matter and that low GI foods can be just as efficient?

Cheers mate! It is physically possible to gain mass and loose fat? As, surely l, you have to be in a caloric deficit or surplus. I guess lean bulking then is not about loosing fat, but keeping fat low.

Fraser I want to get lean but after a meal I need to have something sweet like a desert, how can I substitute it for something healthier than for something like ice cream?

When is the grams of carbs and fat unhealthy like how much gram before it gets unhealthy to eat? and nice video i wrote it all down; )

Stay away from watermelon because its high in sugar. Eats apples and bananas cause they r low in sugar. Aaaaaalrighty, m8 --

Yes we say veggies, but usually when talking to children (at least that has been my experience. Nice video. Thumbs-up!
