Im a little stuck. Been cutting for about a month
was at
250 carbs
like 45 fats (cant remember exactly)
148 protein (cause i did 1lb per bodyweight)
calories was like 2005
now im at around 141-142lb and my macros are
143 protein
139 carbs
42 fats
Now i think i need to drop about another 100-200 calories in order to lose the weight because ive been stuck around 141-142 lb for the past few days, or should i do more intense cardio, im doing like 5-10 minutes a day depending on the day. But i heard ill lose my strength if i do to much cardio, also ive been going up in my lifts on the cut which is wierd but good: .
so should i maybe drop the carbs even more? i just randomly dropped the fats a little as my wieght went down. should i drop the more fats or more carbs or both? cause i use to weight 148lb and now im at 141 and my carbs are super low now haha.
