Hello, to anyone who can answer my question.
I have had a back injury and will most likely be unable to stretch or do any core exercises, how can I make sure I don-t put on any weight and keep my physique good.

Awesome workout! Maybe just a 5 second break or stop the clock enough to get into position for the next exercise instead of losing time? Just finished and I-m feeling tight already, thanks!

Idk why but I can't keep my feet right while doing side planks. It feels awkward and I just can't hold it lol.
