Tiff n Dan. I used to be a Personal Trainer/ Wellcoach- American College of Sports Medicine. and HIIT training requires 95% of your VO2 Max--- in other words- full out using your max oxygen, and then whatever rest it takes to get your heartrate back down to normal resting heartrate. 1-3 minutes. So this video needs to be renamed perhaps?

Sir I am a 16 year old girl does this work. I'm 5'1 at 122lbs and I've been working out for a year now but only have one line down my belly and some definition on my obliques. All I really want is a 4 pack does this help

I do this workout 3 times a week & can feel and see my core getting stronger. At my age (58) I expect to be able to continue doing it well into the future.

Thanks for not putting ads right in the middle of the workout, so many people do that and it ruins the flow
