I used to be a Personal Trainer/ Wellcoach- American College of Sports Medicine. and HIIT training requires 95% of your VO2 Max--- in other words- full out using your max oxygen, and then whatever rest it takes to get your heartrate back down to normal resting heartrate. 1-3 minutes. So this video needs to be renamed perhaps?

Sir I am a 16 year old girl does this work. I'm 5'1 at 122lbs and I've been working out for a year now but only have one line down my belly and some definition on my obliques. All I really want is a 4 pack does this help

I do this workout 3 times a week & can feel and see my core getting stronger. At my age (58) I expect to be able to continue doing it well into the future.
