Moving to a smaller home where I wont have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells bestgym. equipment - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected.

i'm a total beginner and i have a question. i noticed that my left arm feels much weaker than my right (i'm right handed, and has much less control. is it normal for non dominant arm, or am i doing wrong there and need to pay attention to something i'm not aware of?

Trying this routine and struggling. Though I can see improvement in my arm strength nonetheless. Thanks for the motivation. Just one question, How many days in a week shall I follow this routine? I do regular running and some core muscle exercise.

I love this arm workout because it's easy on the Cardio and i can't do to much of it du to heart problems i hope you do more of it. Thank you! by the way i love Salt lake City i skied all of the resorts.

1st time on years I decided to work out again. I lasted 15mins and my upper body is literally pulsing. The other half I gotta come back to it tomorrow, lol

those external rotation presses murdered me but i'm gonna be coming back to this until i can do them without stopping
