So hard but a question. My upper abs were burning during that set. I was activating my lower abs too but I cant seem to get the same burn? I can feel the lower abs working. I brace them like Im waiting for an impact in the stomach amd always try to keep the back flat to the ground. Is this correct? Help please.

I can't engage my lower abs. My right side keeps making noises when I try certain exercises? Any idea what's wrong? Thanks for the great workout just wish I could utilise my lower abs!
