Cori, thank you for your workouts! I work as an EMT and sometime carry people upstairs (with a partner's help, of course) but I can only do up to 180 pounds for now. One of my coworkers insisted i only work hamstrings and glutes which I already do, but I do think upper body has a lot to do with lifting and avoiding injury too. I feel like working out my lats will help with movements where i have to reach my arms at a higher angle?

You are amazing today I just saw your workouts with the different push-ups variations now this back workouts routines is great because I suffer from lower and upper back pains I-ve been doing reverse back extensions but I needed help thank you for your time and motivation keep helping us to get better.

Thank you for posting this. I got to the point where I could do bodyweight exercises for everything except for my back. I only knew a few things that worked it with bodyweight. These helped me a ton, I appreciate your expertise and teaching!

She really has the imagination to create unknown variations without any limit! So much variety one would not be able to complete in one year!

Suggestion: for extension plank, choose a surface where you can just slide your fit. crawling starts involving abs and legs!
