You are awesome and I love your videos! From what I know about tabata (from Mark Sisson and dr Mercola) - if you really go plyo and all-in, one session of 4 min is enough 3-4 times a week. If you do longer and more it will be counter productive. Doing it for over 10 min is overtraining and 30 min is plain insane.
With HIIT less is more = the shorter and more explosive the better.
Just my opinion based on what works for me.

Love the outdoors on this video, perhaps do more. The sound was great. Liked hearing your deep breathing - would yoou mind emphasizing when to breathe on the inhale and exhale. I know to exhale on the exertion but sometimes its confusing. Time stamps would have helped me on this video to make sure I was doing the right technique.
