People often forget to work hamstrings and calves, they say it they get worked with everything else, but so do biceps and quads, yet we give THOSE dedicated workouts. So why not hamstrings and calves? Here Dan is giving us a few simple moves to do just that! This was great, thank you so much!

Why not state a yoga block is required in the equipment section in description, then people will know before starting the workout and realising into it? Other than that loved it
