We're back with another BUILD + BURN total body workout that will work your full body. This is a drop set dumbbell workout that will help you to build strength and tone your muscles at the same time. We'll start out with the upper body, move on to abs and core then hit the legs before ending with a killer finisher. Here's how this workout will go down: Each round is a tri-set with exercises that are the same or similar movements. For most of the workout, the 1st exercise in each round will use x2 dumbbells. Drop to x1 dumbbell for the 2nd exercise in the round. Drop to bodyweight only for the 3rd exercise in the round. Each exercise is 30 sec, so you'll complete all 3 exercises each round without rest, for a total of 90 seconds, before taking a 30 sec rest. Bring good energy, grab your water and a set of dumbbells (I'm using 30 lb / 14 kg dumbbells for reference. and let's get started! Day by day i'm feeling stronger and energetic and doing your workout twice whenever i get a chance. This drop set workout not only shredding my body but my mind too, cause i'm feeling so relaxed and light after these workouts

My son and I were going to do this together. But alas our schedules didn't coincide. So a few days late got this in as a warm to today's no quit HIIT. One down one to go
