Thank you for this! How long should wrists feel sore? Also for the final challenge, what if I can-t walk myself all the way back to the wall, just part of the way? Is that a good place to start and then progress? I couldn-t hold the 40 seconds, but felt good to at least try the final exercise!

This is my third time doing this, just doing it once a week for now along with other workouts too! Handstands are so scary for me but I am so grateful that you put out this follow along routine (yours is truly the best one I have found! Thank you and have an amazing tuesday!

I am 41 and would love to be able to walk on my hands, I am pretty strong, but zero balance! I just started following you recently and amazingly was able to do this, I feel like I will be walking on my hands in no time!

Doing all of those in socks + on carpet is impressive! It looks like you have some hypermobility in your elbows as well? How does that impact how you align them with your wrists and/or shoulders in various activities?

I love how simple this is! Thank you. But I'm a little worried about injuries- I'll give it a try and do it slowly. Any advice to avoid injuries?

Thank you Lucy! Still struggling with handstand. I guess it is more than fear to fall down than anything else. Inversions are my bigger issue now -
