Hey Everyone, Resistance Bands: Yoga Lululemon Alo Pull Up Bar: Similar to mine: Squat Rack/Pull Up Bar: Gymnastics Rings: My Rings - Wooden Rings - Parallettes: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Online

I'm struggling with my push ups and pull ups. I am working very hard but with pull ups I can only do half a positive rep and a bunch of negatives, and that's with a thick resistance band. I can't seem to get a full positive rep even after a few weeks of trying. Same with tricep dips. I've been doing them in negatives too, and sometimes on incline to make it easier, but struggling even with those strategies. What am I missing? I train about 5 days a week.

17: 00 you can also mount the ringstrap with an eyelet and a snap hook on the ceiling. On my journey I've seen, the more strength you get the more you use rings and parallettes. Maybe your parallettes diameter is too small for your hands. Thicker ones do not stress your wrists that much.

I really like your videos, how thorough you explain everything, big fan here.
I also love watching the clips you insert here, can I sugest, maybe, do a compilation video (with various moves you can do and how you've evolved over time? It would be awesome to see that: )

Lucy, as a (not very strong) beginner, I-ve heard of using wrist wraps/supports and gloves to aid in training - do you think these are beneficial? Would love your advice, thanks! x

Thank you for the video! I know it's hard because of the pandemic but can you do a video on how to start using all the bars they have on parks? I get so. Intimidated lol
