Grab a set of medium weight dumbbells, your mat and some water this short but INTENSE 20 minute no repeat workout packs a punch! I love the format of this full body HIIT workout because it's broken down into two circuits: the first is 10 minutes of bodyweight only HIIT that will get your heart pumping and sweat dripping. For the next 10 minutes you'll pick up those dumbbells to progressively overload the muscles, making this HIIT circuit more challenging. This format is excellent for burning maximum calories while building muscle. Plus, in just 20 mins you'll get in a killer workout!

Bringing in Curtsy Lunges in Hiit is a bad move imo. Its bad for your knees if you dont have the required mobility. I have seen this move now a couple of times in your workouts. Everybody should just do normal lunges and not even bother trying curtsy lunges if you are unfamiliar with it especially doing it weighted like in this video oof. Keep in mind that mostly beginners watch those kind of videos and bringing in such an advanced move is a no go.

What an awesome workout Dan. Loves the combo of bodyweight and weighted moves. Loved that there was a mix of compound movements and unilateral work which really engaged the core. Used this before i go on a run. Loving the workouts.

Not only do I always learn new exercises, but the stretches even stretch muscles that I never knew that I could stretch. I think that I just heard my bad back pop back into place. Thanks again Dan.

This is not an easy 20 minute workout. But I loved doing it and these workouts make me excited to go home after work. Keep making videos tiffxdan. You touch lives far beyond you can think of

Do king kong pushups, they helped me gain muscle and gave me reason on why I'm not pathetic. Also, try not to use timers, but create a number goal instead
