Just for your information, the path on the cliffs connecting the 5 Terre together is named The way of love. Via dell'amore. Wondering if you have seen the Enrosadira on the Dolomites, when the mountains turning pink during the sunset hitting those peculiar kind of rocks, as you don't mention it. The bridge behind yourself in Bassano isn't the original from Palladio, during the WW2 italian partisans destroyed the bridge to defend the city against nazis. Then the reconstruction was based on Palladio's schemes again. During WW1 Bassano was instead on the front line, all the mountain complex named Grappa was the core of italian defense line against austrians and germans.

Just come back from an 11 month Euro/North Africa van trip. Northern Italy was unbelievable, easily one of THE highlights of the entire trip. Infact the best highlight (Morocco aside) The vibe in the north is perfect. Absolute perfection for van touring, the scenery is really really mind blowing all along the boarder from the west to the far east. I wont ever forget the experience.

I recently found out my family is from northern Italy my grand father wrote it either wrong or in werid hand writing cause his English isn't great. Can someone help me figure out what it is ill try and read what it says and type it. Buscce blescce blescie anyone know what it could be. He told me it was close to the alps and or the mountains

Oh, what an idiot! I didn't mention my Mum's birthplace -- Basanno del Grappa!
It was called Basanno Veneto until 1926. The name was changed in order to honour the many soldiers who died on the battlefront way up on Monte Grappa.
There! Enough history! Now for some Graspa! Cin, cin!

Hi, thanks for the review. I'm planning my big trip through Italy and I wanna ask your advice. How do you think is better to travel: north to south of south to north. The country seems to be so big and amazing that I want to spend there the whole spring. What route would you advise?

I agree with you even if I would put milano and padova before trento and bolzano which should be at 11th & 12th places. Moreover I would add vicenza & trieste. NonethelessbYou know Italy very well I saw a couple of your videos and you are very prepared more than avg Italians

I never been to Italy but for some reason I have strong connection with the country somehow, I am always fascinated to know about it and I'm always tuned when I hear anything about Italy. I believe I lived there in my past life time. I am so ready to visit soon.

I'm glad you liked my city, Bergamo. You should make a video about the upper town, it could be very useful for the tourists that don't know Bergamo (it's a little in Milan's shadow but it's better eheh)
