I just love Woltersworld videos. They are a must for me when traveling to countries/cities covered. Thanks for putting them together. You're interesting, knowledgeable and entertaining and a great teacher!
As far as perfecting pronunciation for those who enjoy that type of thing I use forvo. com. You type in the word in the search box and it gives you pronunciations by native speakers. That being said I think most locals would be happy with any effort to speak their language even if pronunciation isn't perfect.
Please keep the videos coming. I enjoy seeing you and your family!

When my French professor was still an undergrad, she took a trip to Paris. One day she decided to talk a solo stroll down the Champs-Elysees, got lost, and in a panic, forgot all her French. So, she started walking around singing The Star Spangled Banner until an Anglophone stopped her and asked what the hell she was doing!
Well, obviously she made it back to the States, since she was mon Prof, so sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and be The Ugly American, as the saying goes.

Someone please help me understand. People are criticizing how he says certain words as if he is committing a crime. If someone from another country came to the US and did not know the language, I almost expect them to mispronounce certain words. Are the French just assholes or something and above understanding that French is not going to be most tourists first language?

I know that people are bashing the pronunciations, but it doesn't have to be perfect. Tourists will rarely be fluent in French. That being said, I am definitely glad that I found this. Next summer I am going to spend 5 weeks doing an internship in Marseille, France. This is a great place to start. I'm definitly going to save this video and check out some of your others.

Im coming to Paris next month. Ive learned some French words, but my accent is awful. Is this a problem? Also, I may need to know the French for, I am American, and I am sorry we elected trump.

A little off topic but there's a Parish(like a county) in Louisiana, USA called Terrebonne which means Good Earth. Apparently they have extremely fertile land. OK back to the video. LOL!

True, the French appreciate an effort, this accent is awful. No effort at proper nasal sounds, poor pronunciation of the letter R, and a Spanish pronunciation of the letter e. Ugh.
