Hi I used to work at this store and I hate to be a debbie downer, but this place is not so great if you actually work there. I know they like to broadcast how much their pay but that's what you're gonna get as long as you'll work there. When you interview, just say you want the pay that's mentioned (depending on the shift you're working) you won't get any raises. The place I worked at had high turnover rates because of how strict they are to their workers. No phones (you could get instantly fired, we must have a black belt, black shoes, don't even be 5 minutes late or else you'll get written up. No employee discount. Only a 10 minute break per 8 hr shift (I think this is the shadiest thing because other places are supposed to give you a 15 min break per 4 hours worked) and they have no place for you to sit on (except the floor.
The items in the Texas Round Up (bbq place) are overpriced in my opinion for the portion size, I recommend going to an actual BBQ restaurant in TX. I would not recommend ordering taco related things from the kiosks as sometimes the fajita meats are not super fresh and I know some picky eaters who don't like bell peppers and onions. We were not allowed to take those things off for you.
While the fruit cups are overpriced, you probably won't find fresh fruit on your road trip so if you want it, go get it. Some of the non-bucee's snack items are actually quite cheap but prices change and they don't tell us but let's say some oreo minis will cost you less here than they would at a wal-mart. Some deli items I DO recommend are: the melts, grilled cheese with free tater tots it's nice and cheap, and the chicken wraps.

Only thing I've NOT done was the selfie. Root beer is FABULOUS! Luling went to when it was new/ then upgraded! I noticed the difference. Texas City one closer to me in Houston, but the one b4 Pearland will do in a pinch 8 layer dip, OyyyyyVEYYYY! I hit the TX City one after my trip to Galveston. All fat and HaPpY on the trip home! You can get a great BBQ or lawn windmill there as well. Just Sayin'

I have visited 2 new Bucees this month. St Augustine and Daytona Beach Florida. What a great experience. Loved it, truly one stop shopping. One thing I found out tho. They don't carry cole slaw as a side item for you barbeque sandwich. Is that a Texas thing? Thanks again for this video.

Do a google search. This is a terrible company. They are sue happy. The attack their competitors in court to try to shut them down. They unfairly sue former employees. This is NOT a good company.

I LOVE BUC-EES! I want to go back to Texas JUST for Buc-cees. You are so right about the bathrooms - Amazing! I bought a ton of stuff there - and the food there is to die for.

I would suggest boycotting Buc ees as they have donated over a million dollars in support for Greg Abbot and by default the draconian laws that have recently passed.
